As the Agile methodology gains momentum on many of our clients’ projects, Highlands Consulting has been engaged to lead and support various Scrum activities. Last year, Michele Rickey-Pidd became a Certified Scrum Master, enabling her lead a Scrum team on a large State health care technology project.
Just last week, five more of our consultants became Certified Scrum Masters, as recognized by the Scrum Alliance:Â Nikki Angle, Demetre Haralambakis, Will Cuper, Jacob Olson, and Mike Cappelluti. Combined with their Prosci Change Management and PMP certifications, they will offer even more value to our clients.
