Demetre began his consulting career in 1997 with KPMG, specializing in software implementations for the public sector. He now focuses on project management, organizational change management, procurement, and process improvement. Demetre is a certified Project Management Professional, certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and Certified Scrum Master. He is also certified in the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Demetre has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles.
