Ms. Thomas has over 30 years of human resources, organizational change, and IT planning experience for the State of California. She has directed numerous large-scale programs and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Judith has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner.
