Kent brings 25 years’ experience serving California state agencies and healthcare organizations. He has directed strategy, planning, policy and governance efforts, with a focus on portfolio management and organizational change management (OCM). Kent is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner (CMP). He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Southern California.
