Sean is a management consultant specializing in in communications and business process analysis for large public sector initiatives. He holds a Master in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) from California State University, Sacramento. Sean is also a Certified Scrum Master and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
