Shana has over 30 years of experience in public sector consulting. She is responsible for market strategy, opportunity analysis, partnering, proposal management, and recruiting. Prior to joining Highlands, she managed new business pursuits for EDS, then KPMG. Shana has a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
