From the desk of Eric Norton
Why does a management consulting firm have a blog? We created this blog as a way to share ideas, accomplishments, tips, and tools in a “casual” format. We spend a great deal of time and effort writing very formal deliverables. This blog is not a deliverable. It’s a place where we can express our personalities a little and share something you may find useful. What do we mean when we say “ideas, accomplishments, tips, and tools?”
- Ideas – this represents a catch all for random thoughts we may post. Things we think about. This is where we’ll periodically think out loud.
- Accomplishments – we’ll share with you our notable activities, significant events, and interesting endeavors throughout the year.
- Tips – through our numerous projects and the vast array of continuing education we take, we are bound to want to share when we learn something new.
- Tools – every now and then we create or discover a useful tool that may help you as well.
So, I mentioned the blog is casual, but we do have a few rules. We’ll be brief, you’ll hear from each of us at some point, we’ll post often…but not too often, we’ll make our posts interesting and hopefully relevant to you.
