The new year invites reflection, especially during times of transition. As I look ahead to 2026, our Highlands team is integrating into Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting practice. It’s a shift that brings both momentum and reflection. We are curious to learn new approaches from new colleagues, while staying grounded in our culture and focused on our clients.
Over the past few months, I’ve been encouraged by the many Accenture colleagues I’ve met who share the same values. Like Highlands, Accenture has a strong tradition of volunteering locally and giving back to our Sacramento community. This year, the Highlands team donated more than $15,000 to 23 charities, highlighted on our community webpage.
I’m grateful for what Highlands built over 23 years and optimistic about how we continue our work within Accenture in the year ahead.
