Highlands Consulting has outgrown our former office space on the 15th floor of the Wells Fargo Building in Downtown Sacramento. Our weekly all-staff meetings were getting crowded and our existing lease was ending, so we were pleased to find a new, larger office on the 16th floor. Situated on the northeast corner of the building, our new office features panoramic views of the Sacramento River and Capitol Mall, as well as the Golden 1 Center construction project.
Our design committee – led by Randy Triezenberg – came up with a plan for a modern space that uses interior windows to maximize the amount of natural light flowing through the entire office. The new suite doubled our square footage, added a reception area and a large conference room, to accommodate client meetings and training sessions, as needed. In addition, our new office meets the requirements of Assembly Bill 758, which mandated a reduction in energy consumption for existing buildings. We’re grateful to have found a larger space in the same building, and look forward to working here for years to come.
