Our Highlands Consulting team gathered last month for our annual summer family event, this year at the Sacramento Zoo. Amidst the pandemic, summer heat, and wildfire smoke – we managed to have a great day! The zoo’s redwood grove provided a shady escape for a tasty catered lunch. We wandered to see the lions, jaguars, flamingos, lemurs, and new cheetahs, among so many more. The day was topped off by a special feeding of the giraffes, up close from the raised platform. So fun and funny!
